Return Policy

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery . The returned product must be in its original packaging and in like new condition .
Subscription products and text message subscriptions are promotional products and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Reply to the order confirmation email and state the reason for the return.
We will then give you more detailed instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for the return costs themselves.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The package arrived damaged.

Please notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package by replying to the order confirmation email.
All damages are handled on a case-by-case basis .

Please note that we are not responsible for packages left in direct sunlight or in a location where rubber products may melt .
Make sure the package can be delivered to a location where the temperature is suitable – especially during the warmer months .

You have the right to return the product within 30 days and receive a full refund if:

  • The package is unopened.

  • The product is like new.

This means that the product has not been opened or used and is returned in the same condition as you received it.
Please note that the customer pays the return postage.

Uncollected package – fee €19.90 kr

If you do not pick up the package from the pickup point within the specified time, it will automatically be returned to us.
We will charge €19.90 for an uncollected package to cover delivery, return and handling costs.

The package was returned to the sender.

If the package is not picked up on time or if the address information is incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
In this case, the order will be automatically refunded , but the customer will be responsible for the costs .
Original shipping costs will not be refunded . If you want the product, you will need to place a new order .

Refund processing takes approximately 14 days after the return is received.
